SANTIAGO RESTREPO
Camp Director
& Head Volleyball Coach - The University of Oklahoma
Santiago Restrepo is entering his 6th year as Head
Volleyball Coach at The University of Oklahoma where he competes in the Big XII conference. At the end of the 2006 season
he recieved Big XII Conference Coach of the Year, AVCA Central Region Coach of the Year, and CVU.com National Coach
of the Year. This follows 3 successful years as Head Coach at Southern Mississippi where he was named Conference
USA Coach of the year in 2003. His
overall record as a head volleyball coach is 208-143. Prior to USM, he served
as the Assistant Coach at St. Louis University
under Marilyn Nolen, 1997-1999. Between 1994-1997, he was the Head Coach of both
men’s and women’s volleyball programs at East Stroudsburg University,
Pennsylvania. ESU posted its best
record in school history, 32-2, in 1996, and Restrepo was named PSAC Coach of the Year.
A native of Bogota, Colombia,
he played on the Colombian National Team. He also played professional volleyball in Europe and the US.

coach who has demonstrated the ability to not only run a program effectively, but to improve each year by...training top-notch
student-athletes.
